Amy graduated from Harcum College with a Certified Animal Health Technician degree. She started working at Susque Valley Animal Hospital in 1987 and continues to thrive there, as the practice has since grown into Pine Creek Veterinary Associates.
She chose a career working with animals because she says it felt like her calling in life. “God gives us all gifts,” she explains. “Mine seems to be working with animals, so veterinary medicine was an easy choice.”
Amy still lives in her hometown of Howard with her husband, Ron. Her main priority is spending quality family time with her daughter, Amanda, and son, Glenn, as well as Glenn’s growing family.
