You’re a people person with excellent communication skills and a talent for multitasking. We’re looking for someone who stays calm under pressure, shows genuine care for clients and their pets, and maintains a positive attitude. Experience in veterinary reception is welcome but not required – we value customer service skills, professionalism, and attention to detail above all.

Duties Include:
- Greeting and checking in clients and patients
- Managing appointment scheduling
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Processing payments and managing billing inquiries
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Coordinating with medical team members
- Handling prescription refill requests
