Dear Pet Parents,
*Our office remains open M-F 7am-6:30pm Sat 8am-11:30. We are here for emergency and urgent care appointments.
*We are also doing Curbside appointments. Once you arrive in the parking lot call our office so we can go over your pet’s appointment by phone. The tech will then come out to your vehicle to escort your pet into the office. Once the appointment is complete the tech or doctor will call you to go over the appointment and any medications. The receptionist will then take payment over the phone, and the tech will return your pet to your car.
* If you prefer to accompany your pet during the visit we request that you call once in the parking lot so we can make sure that we have an exam room ready. We are limiting one client per appointment if you prefer to accompany your pet into their appointment. Clients entering our building are required to wear face-covering masks.
*We are also providing no contact medication and food pickup. PAY AHEAD OF TIME IF POSSIBLE. If you are coming to pick up medications or prescription diets, you can call ahead and pay for those items so when you arrive, you can just call us and we’ll run them out to your vehicle. Or call when you arrive, pay by phone, and we’ll bring items out.
